Booking Deposit

To secure your reservation, we require a booking deposit of $500 USD. This deposit serves as a commitment to your booking and guarantees your stay at our property. It allows us to hold the dates exclusively for you and ensures that the property is reserved for your use during the specified dates.

Refund Policy:

The booking deposit will be refunded in full at the time of checkout, provided that the property is left in good condition and in compliance with our house rules. This includes ensuring that there are no damages, excessive cleaning required, or violations of our policies during your stay.

Purpose of the Deposit:

The purpose of the booking deposit is to protect the property and its amenities, ensuring that everything remains in excellent condition for all guests. It also serves as a security measure to cover any potential damages or additional cleaning costs that may arise during your stay.

By making the booking deposit, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our house rules and policies. Failure to comply with these rules may result in deductions from the deposit or additional charges.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard for our property and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all our guests.

House Rules:

1. Pool:

   • Use of the pool is at your own risk.
   • No glass or diving allowed in the pool area.

2. Smoking:
   Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

3. Noise:

   • Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
   • Excessive noise violations may result in immediate termination of the booking.
   • Continuous noise disturbances may result in rental termination with associated fees forfeited.

4. Trash:
   Please leave your trash in front of the porch and segregate recyclable and compostable materials. Trash pick-up days are Tuesdays and Fridays.

5. Save Energy:
   Please keep doors and windows closed to save energy and reduce AC use.

6. Parties and Social Gatherings:

   • No parties allowed. Please respect the neighbors and the property.
   • Gatherings of more than 16 people, including overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed.
   • Visitors remaining after 10 PM will be subject to additional charges.

7. Pets:
   Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Bringing unapproved pets will result in a $500 deep cleaning charge.
