To secure your reservation, we require a booking deposit of $500 USD. This deposit serves as a commitment to your booking and guarantees your stay at our property. It allows us to hold the dates exclusively for you and ensures that the property is reserved for your use during the specified dates.
Refund Policy:
The booking deposit will be refunded in full at the time of checkout, provided that the property is left in good condition and in compliance with our house rules. This includes ensuring that there are no damages, excessive cleaning required, or violations of our policies during your stay.

Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

Please leave your trash in front of the porch and segregate recyclable and compostable materials. Trash pick-up days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
Save Energy:
Please keep doors and windows closed to save energy and reduce AC use.
Parties and Social Gatherings:

Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Bringing unapproved pets will result in a $500 deep cleaning charge.
